🌍 International Shipping (Outside Norway)
We’re excited to send your order around the world! All international shipments are sent via BRING letter parcel (Brevpakke) with tracking included. Please keep in mind that tracking updates may be limited once your package leaves Norway and enters your local postal system.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, and tracking updates may be limited once your parcel is outside Norway. By placing your order, you agree to pay any applicable import fees upon delivery.
Please Note:
We’re unable to accept returns for international orders once they leave Norway. If a package is returned despite this policy, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Within Norway (via BRING)
For all orders within Norway, we use BRING to ensure your package arrives quickly, safely, and fully trackable.
Delivery Options
Bring Package to Post Box – Small packages are delivered straight to your P.O. Box for ultimate convenience.
BRING Pickup – Packages are sent to a nearby pickup location (post office or store), so you can collect them whenever it suits you.
Delivery Details
Every parcel is fully trackable. Packages must be picked up and signed for. BRING will notify you as soon as your package is ready for collection.
Important:
Uncollected parcels returned by BRING will incur a return fee, which will be charged to the customer.
🔄 Return Information (Norway Only)
To make sure your return is smooth, all returns must be approved in writing before sending anything back. Contact us at customerservice@neaeskin.com to receive the correct return instructions and address. Once your return is approved, arranging shipping is up to you. You can create a return label and send the package via Posten or any postal service of your choice.
