Shipping Within Norway (via BRING)
We ship all orders within Norway using BRING, ensuring fast and reliable delivery with full tracking.
Delivery Method:
Bring Package to Post Box – Small packages are delivered directly to the P.O. Box.
BRING Pickup – Packages are sent to a pickup location (post office or store) for collection.
Details:
Fully trackable delivery.
The parcel must be picked up and signed for.
You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready for collection.
Important:
Uncollected parcels returned by BRING will incur a full return fee, payable by the customer.
Return Information (Norway Only)
All returns must be approved by us in writing before sending the item back.
Please contact us at customerservice@neaeskin.com to receive the correct return information and address before shipping your package.
Once your return has been approved, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping. You can easily create a return label and send the package via Posten or another postal service of your choice.
Please remember to include your order number and contact details inside the package so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
This return service applies only within Norway.

Leveringsmetode
Bring Pakke til Postboks – Små pakker leveres direkte til mottakerens postboks.
Bring Hentepakke – Pakken sendes til et hentested (postkontor eller butikk) for selvhenting.
Detaljer
Leveringen er fullt sporbar. Pakken må hentes og signeres for. Du mottar en melding fra BRING når pakken er klar til henting.
Viktig informasjon
Uavhentede pakker som returneres av BRING vil medføre et returgebyr tilsvarende de faktiske fraktkostnadene. Gebyret belastes kunden.
Returinformasjon (kun for Norge)
Retur må være skriftlig godkjent av oss før varen sendes tilbake.
Vennligst ta kontakt med oss på customerservice@neaeskin.com for å få riktig informasjon og returadresse før du sender pakken.
Når returen er godkjent, er kunden selv ansvarlig for å ordne returfrakten. Du kan enkelt opprette en returetikett og sende pakken via Posten eller et annet fraktselskap etter eget ønske.
Husk å legge ved ordrenummer og kontaktinformasjon i pakken slik at vi kan behandle returen din så raskt som mulig.
Tjenesten gjelder kun for retur innen Norge.
🌍 International Shipping (Outside Norway)
All international orders are shipped with letter parcel (Brevpakke) or pick up parcel (Pakke ved hentested) option with tracking included. Please note that tracking updates may be limited once the parcel leaves Norway and enters another country’s postal system.

Important International Shipping Notice:
Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees must be paid by the recipient in their country.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs processing.
Tracking may be limited once the parcel is outside Norway.
By completing your order, you agree to pay any applicable import fees upon delivery.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for international shipments once they have left Norway. If any return is sent back despite this clear policy, the customer will be charged the return shipping fee
