This lightweight toner replenishes moisture after cleansing or a morning water rinse, leaving the complexion feeling soft, refreshed, visibly plump, and ready for serum.

01 PREP — Hydration Barrier Collection™ is the Cycle’s cleanse-and-hydrate stage.

In the morning, rinse with water only, then apply Hyaluronic Acid Toner to rehydrate and prepare the complexion. At night, cleanse first with Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser, then apply toner to complete 01 PREP. Skin is then prepared for 02 TARGET — The Drip System™, followed by 03 PROTECT — The Next Gen Longevity Collection™.
